Management
The Facilities
Management Division is responsible for the maintenance of 174
city buildings and/or structures encompassing over 370,742 square
feet of space. In addition to maintaining existing buildings, the
division performs construction, renovation, and installation of
new systems for city buildings. This division also installs and
maintains all decorative streetlights in the city’s rights
of way.
The division totaling 13 tradesmen is lead by Steve
Mathes, Division Chief.
