ATTENTION ROOFING PERMIT APPLICANTS: Every roofing contractor is required to provide Florida product approval information to the Building Division at time of application for a roofing permit. The inspector will have the approved detail in hand which in turn expedites the approval process.

  PLEASE NOTE: Estate & Garage Sale Permit issuance is not available online. Permits are issued Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., from the Building Division located on the second floor of City Hall. Permits are $10; ages 59 and up are $5.
