  • Boats, trailers or recreational vehicles parked within a residential district in open view
  • Illegal signs placed on city right of way
  • Tall Grass and weeds over 12 inches
  • 3 Inch lettering Address numbers have not bee posted outside of house with a contrasting background
  • Disabled motor vehicles parked or stored on residential property
  • Vehicles parked within front yards that have not been surfaced for parking with gravel, concrete, pavers and brick
  • More than three unrelated persons residing within a single family home
  • Dogs barking excessively creating a nuisance disturbance, three or more police reports are submitted
  • Unsightly discarded articles stored in open view
  • Commercial business operating within a residential zone area
  • Exterior walls of house in need of painting
  • Houses in need of major repairs
  • Stagnant pools
  • Dilapidated fence structures
  • Unsecured pools
  • Shrubbery obstruction sidewalks and oncoming traffic view
