Register a Code Enforcement Complaint

It helps staff with their investigations if you provide the street address where the problem exists - the house number, street name, or the address of the property next to the property in question. Be specific when registering your complaint, include the date and time you observed the condition(s). Describe the conditions of the property in detail, i.e. trash and what type; disabled vehicle and the make, model, and color; trashy yard, are there tires, old bikes, appliances, etc.

During most rainy seasons, overgrowth of tall weeds and grass violations usually increase. We solicit your assistance in identifying these locations/addresses. Overgrowth Violations are properties with grass over 12 inches tall.

Code Enforcement encourages your assistance, when you observed these conditions, simply complete a Web site complaint form and submit it to our office. All complaints are investigated within 24 hours of receipt of the complaint. If a follow-up report is required, please provide us with contact information when registering your complaint. Registries requesting follow-up reports cannot remain anonymous.
