Lake Island Park offers a variety of facilities centered by a tranquil lake that features both a fountain and a community-built bridge. This serene setting encompasses 23-acres of beautiful scenery, sports and recreation facilities, and an extra-large playground.
Lake Island Park is also the home site for the Rollins College Women’s Softball Team and has a state-of-the-art softball facility in the southwest corner of the park. The park is perfect for family picnics, fishing from the shoreline, sports outings, or just walking along the half-mile mile trail surrounding the lake.
