Kick Start Boot Camp
Prepare to sweat! This high-intensity interval workout is guaranteed to
get your body out of its comfort zone. A mix of anaerobic and aerobic
conditioning drills will burn mega calories, and with on-the-spot
modifications, provides a safe and challenging experience. Always hard,
always fun!

Strength and Core Conditioning
This class provides a safe and challenging opportunity to work all of your major muscle groups and build core strength.
Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Killer Boot Camp
This 90-minute “one stop shop” features indoor and outdoor challenges
that crank up your metabolic demands and will burn some serious
calories.
2nd & 4th Saturday of each month: 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m.

Pilates
Class is designed to increase core strength and muscle tone without the bulk through a low impact workout.

Power Up Yoga
Power up your morning with Yoga! Get a great workout and a powerful “work in” too!
This new, 55-minute
beginner/intermediate level Yoga class is designed for fitness-minded
individuals who want to tone and stretch muscles of the legs, arms,
chest, and abs in one dynamic workout. Class includes traditional yoga
movements such as twists and forward bends, but also includes strength
training using your own body weight, challenging balancing poses and
stretching at the ballet bar. Yoga instructor Becca Schmidt, RYT has
been teaching Yoga for 8 years in the Orlando area and is certified with
the National Yoga Alliance.

Fitness Foundations
Fitness Foundations is a 30-minute workout that is meant to challenge
all fitness levels. Between stretching, core strengthening, and
explosive intervals, Lance Decuir of Exemplar Personal Training will
lead the class through various workouts with a focus on the foundations
of true fitness. Lance is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has
taught various fitness classes at gyms throughout Central Florida.
