Planning & Zoning Commission
The purpose of the Planning & Zoning Commission is to review and make a recommendation on all ordinances, subdivisions and major building plans which effect the development and use of land in the City of Winter Park. The decision of the Board on each public hearing item is a recommendation to the City Commission. The City Commission will render a final decision.
Requirements: Members must be City of Winter Park residents and freeholders of the city. Members required to file a financial disclosure form.
